Kids Bridge programs and services are offered on a sliding fee scale, and some are offered at no cost, to ensure access to all members of our community, regardless of income. Your generous support of time, resources and energy makes it possible for us to help real families, facing real challenges in our community. The most common way individuals become involved with Kids Bridge is by making a donation, volunteering their time, or fulfilling our wish list needs. Organizations and individuals interested in making a larger commitment to our mission, however, are encouraged to contact us directly to discuss the possibility of planned giving options or organizational partnerships.

PLANNED GIVING

Planned gifts vary in complexity and can be arranged to meet the needs of any donor, based on their own personal financial and philanthropic priorities. Individuals and families who are interested in the mission of Kids Bridge, and want to explore options for planned giving, may find it an effective way to:
  • Give Back to the Community. Leave a gift something that matters;
  • Keep Control of Assets. Making a gift now doesn’t require giving up assets until later;
  • Give With Ease. Include provisions in a will or complete a beneficiary designation form with an insurance plan or retirement account;
  • Accommodate Changes. Planned gifts are revocable if priorities change;
  • Maintain Flexibility. Gifts are flexible and can include a specific dollar amount, a percentage of an estate, a portion of what remains, or many other options;
  • Minimize Taxes. Tax benefits may result from a planned gift.
To explore options for gift planning with Kids Bridge, please contact us directly to schedule a time to meet in person.

PARTnERSHIPS

Partnering with Kids Bridge is a hands-on relationship. The businesses and organizations who walk alongside us as vested contributors, seek not only to provide temporary solutions to family challenges in our community, but also to develop long-term solutions and, ultimately, positive change. Most of our partners understand that in order to help children and families reach their full potential, an ongoing relationship is required.

The impact of each partnership signifies more than a mere financial investment or sharing of resources. It fuels something larger than we could ever accomplish on our own: preventative education initiatives, on-going community development opportunities and greater advocacy for our cause.

If you feel your business or organization might be a good fit for partnership, we encourage you to contact us to explore the possibility in greater detail.
